Every piece is inspected and carefully packed in Safi. The timings below distinguish artisanal preparation from carrier transit time.
Shipping & tracking
Your piece travels in reinforced packaging. A dispatch confirmation and any available tracking information are shared when the parcel leaves us.
Delivery & damage
Inspect the parcel on delivery. If anything is broken or irregular, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the piece, the box and the shipping label.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, complete and protected in its original packaging. Made-to-order pieces are returnable only if damaged or non-compliant.
Before returning anything, contact customer care with your order number. Keep the piece and all packaging until the proposed solution has been approved.

Care
To preserve the glaze and artisanal finishes, always choose gentle care and hand washing.
Gentle cleaning
Wash by hand with lukewarm water, a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not use abrasive powders, bleach or hard brushes.
Gold finishes
To protect the gold details, avoid the dishwasher, microwave and oven. Never scrub the metallic finishes directly.
Heat & impact
Avoid sudden temperature changes, direct flame and impact. Allow the piece to return naturally to room temperature.
Drying & storage
Dry immediately with a soft cloth. Store in a dry place and add protection between pieces when stacking them.
