Every piece is inspected in Safi and protected in reinforced packaging. Timings always distinguish artisanal preparation from carrier transit.

In-stock pieces

An available piece is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Transit time then depends on the destination.

Made to order

When a piece is not in stock, production can take up to 27 days before dispatch. This timing respects the real rhythm of the atelier.

Tracking & delivery

Available tracking is shared at dispatch. Inspect your parcel on arrival and report breakage within 48 hours with photographs.
