Return request

Send your request within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return.

Condition of the piece

The piece must be unused, complete and protected in its original packaging. Made-to-order creations are returnable only if damaged or non-compliant.

Damage or irregularity

Notify us within 48 hours with photos of the piece, box and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the case is approved.
